On the Night Table [24]:

DSC00341

Hello.

One of these days, I’m going to look back at these posts and figure out how many books fell on the way side as the weeks go along. Last week, I tried to tackle four books and failed to read all four. I didn’t get to The Other Son, because like I mentioned before, it was a second book to a series and I didn’t have the first book. I’ll postpone it for now in the meantime.

This week, while I have four books on the pile, I technically only have to read two. I finished Becoming Rain last weekend, and I only have about a quarter left of Everything, Everything. Let’s hope The Lightning Thief will be an easy read as Villa America looks like the kind of book that needs my entire attention.

Read
  • Burying Water by K.A. Tucker
  • The House of the Four Winds by Mercedes Lackey and James Mallory
  • One Thing Stolen by Beth Kephart
  • Night Fever Books 1-4 by Jessica Hawkins

As expected, Burying Water was fantastic. The House of the Four Winds didn’t really blow my sails; One Thing Stolen was not for me and the Night Fever Books sizzled.

Have you read any of these books? Let me know in the comments!
