Hoarders, Books Edition: Episode 86

It’s coming.

As evident from our morning walk, while our breaths billowed out in the frigid 2 degrees of the Manitoba autumn, the colours of the surrounding trees are slowly turning. Sigh. I do love Autumn, though; football, fluffy sweaters, most importantly – no bugs.

I thought that I should take advantage of the disappearing warm days and take outdoor pictures of my books again. Husband and I lugged my book haul to the lake but I forgot to bring my Nikon so these pictures were taken using my newly upgraded iPhone. Snazzy looking thing.

The Beautiful and the Damned by Jessica Verday. Huge thanks to Simon and Schuster for the review copy. I remember reading Verday’s The Hollow series and liked it at the time. What better way to get back into it than reading this companion novel?

For the past few weeks, I’ve been diligently visiting blogs and commenting on posts. If you’re not on my Bloglovin’ yet, just let me know. I try to follow everyone as much as I can. Anyway, that’s my book haul for this week. I hope yours was just as good.
Have a great week, everyone!
