Feed Your Reader Friday [5]

I haven’t done one of these in a while. I must’ve downloaded an entire library since my last post. I’ve steered clear of all the lovely freebies on Amazon but have bought quite a few, I think.

Today, I’m just going to focus on some of the ones I’ve downloaded and read and ones that I’ve downloaded and jonesing to read right away.

These Broken Stars by Amie Kaufman and Megan Spooner
Publication Date: December 10th, 2013
Disney/Hyperion

This is worth all the hype it’s been getting. Love the time it’s taking for the romance to happen. I just know that it’ll be sublime and sweet and oh so good once it does. I’m about a quarter and a bit in and it’s really lovely. I’m surprise that I got approved for this.

Always on My Mind by Jill Shalvis [Lucky Harbor #8]
Publication Date: September 24th, 2013
Grand Central Publishing/Forever
Source: Net Galley

I’m a huge fan of this series. It’s one of those you technically don’t have to read in order or all to follow. Jill Shalvis writes delicious romance without crossing that line.

It Had to Be You by Jill Shalvis [Lucky Harbor, #7]

Publication Date: May 28th, 2013
Grand Central Publishing/Forever
Source: Amazon

I just had to. I just had to. When I got approved for #8 of this series, I didn’t realize that I’m one behind. So I just had to download this right away before I read number 8.

Dark Waters by Toni Anderson
Publication Date: August 6th, 2013
Montlake Romance
Source: Net Galley

Romantic Suspense. It’s been a while since I’ve read one of those. I gobbled up a lot of Sandra Brown’s work in the past but ever since YA took over my bookshelves, I haven’t had the chance to seek them out. I’m looking forward to reading this for two reasons: one, it’s a novelty and two, it’s set in Vancouver.

Fractured [Guards of the Shadowlands, #2] by Sarah Fine
Publication Date: October 39th, 2013
Skyscape
Source: Net Galley

Malachi! Oohhh how I missed you! I literally happy danced when I got approved for this book. I can’t wait to dive in. I hope it doesn’t fall victim to the  second book sucked syndrome.

Well, that’s all I’ve downloaded this week. Sadly, I got declined for Where the Stars Still Shine by Trish Doller on Net Galley. So broken up about that. Anyway, I guess I’ll just wait for it come out. Sigh.
